The application form (form 1085), the processing fee, your passport and relevant supporting documents, should be send to us by registered mail or express mail or via your travel agent. Please enclose a self addressed stamped envelope with sufficient Stamps/Bulim for the safe return of your passport.
No cash, credit cards or personal cheques please. The cheque must be made payable to the Australian Embassy, Tel Aviv.
Please send your application as soon as possible to avoid delays. The processing will take a couple of days, but you need to cater for the postage time. You may be able to lodge your application in person by appointment if you have compelling and compassionate circumstances. For appointments please contact us by e-mail to immigration.telaviv@dfat.gov.au
Please note that in most cases, your visa cannot be granted the same day. If you lodge your application in person, your passport will be delivered back to you door to door for the cost of NIS60 paid in cash to the delivery service. If you live in a remote location, such as the West Bank, you would have to collect your passport from the nearest office of "Aviv Shigur".
Please do not make final travel arrangements until you obtain your visa, if granted, and your passport back from our office.
Original documents lodged with the application will be returned to you with your passport.
