Counter Opening Hours and Appointments
Mondays through Thursdays from 08:00 to 12:00 by prior appointment only.
Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays CLOSED.
The preferred method for the lodgement of visitor, business, transit, visiting academic and other temporary residence visas is through a travel agent or by registered or express mail.
Applications for a Working Holiday Visa, Work and Holiday Visa, Electronic Travel Authority and e676 visas should be lodged on-line at www.immi.gov.au. Please note Israeli passport holders do not have access to on-line applications.
The preferred method for the lodgement of student and family migration applications is in person by appointment.
For an appointment, please contact us on the above e-mail and provide detailed information about your needs. If you have an emergency or special circumstances such as the death or serious and sudden illness of a close relative, please contact us for an appointment on the above phone number.
All clients are advised to contact our office in the first instance to discuss their requirements. In many circumstances the assistance required can be provided by e-mail or phone without the need to make an appointment and visit the Embassy.

Please note that all travellers to Australia (other than Australian and most New Zealand passport holders) require a visa prior to travelling to Australia (including transiting at Australian airports).
